30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Some items (personalized, hygiene) are not returnable

How to return

Email support@shopease-demo.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
